About Invincibelle

Welcome to Invincibelle, the community for women who live and a work in a multicultural world.


Founded in January 2007, it was labor of love of one very passionate Invincibelle. Invincibelle's mission is to be the premier destination site for women in a multicultural world. Today it is the world that is multicultural and it provides unique opportunities for women. Invincibelle provides the number-one community for and by women, it addresses the interests and concerns of this highly valuable demographic group of ambitious, professional, educated, upwardly mobile women via a Web network (http://www.invincibelle.com).


In this phase, we provide a powerful vertical "Discovery (search) Engine" for women to find trusted and relevant content from on the web. In addition, we will provide users with Recommendations from Trusted Authorities on books.  We will also have Forums, Columns and Interviews of Distinguished Invincibelles (women who have significant accomplishments in the market place). We also conduct Workshops and ethnic consulting.


In the next phase, Invincibelle will offer users (women) to upload their profiles with information of exclusive services they provide. They will have personal URLs, manage their client information and be able to mange their schedule and calendars. Example: a music teacher will be able to upload her profile so other users within the Invincibelle community can find her and schedule time to get a lesson from her.


We also plan on offering an e-learning platform that will respond to the training needs for topics and issues related to Women and Diversity in the workplace.


We have the following major initiatives


  • Invincibelle community hub (http://www.invincibelle.com) is the Web's number-one place for women in a multicultural world. Every woman is invited to read interviews from Distinguished Invincibelles and share her latest thoughts on forums and also to add links, web sites, blogs to the vertical search engine. In 2007, we interviewed more than fifty very accomplished women, who shared their insights to empower aspiring women. Every day, our Trustees add popular topics, from news and technology, to food, health and family.

  • Invincibelle conferences are being planned to be the world's largest for women -- and men are indeed invited to attend! In 2008, will be the first time we will host an Invincibelle conference. We aspire to bring keynoters including Mira Nair, Indira Nooyi of Pepsi, Cristina Saralegui, a noted talk show host and actress.

  • Invincibelle e-learning platform is our latest initiative. Weekly webinars with Thought Leaders. Every Friday of the week, Invincibelle will bring a Thought Leader to speak (via teleconference) on a topic of interest. These Thought Leaders will address topics that will include but not limited to:

    2. Parenting


    3. Teamwork


    4. Succeeding in a global world


    5. Excellent customer service



Knowing that nature of work, we understand that not all women will be able to attend all the webinars so Invincibelle will create an archive of these seminars for future access.
